Great hotel to stay. The customer service was awesome. My room smelled like smoke and the front desk moved me promptly without any issues. My new room was very clean and well maintained. Great night sleep and shower accommodations.

We love Hilton hotels, but not this one so much. Bad location. The room was dirty and not just the room, the carpets in the halls, too. I think it is poorly managed. Needs a good renovation because it lowers the good name of Hilton hotels. We were just disappointed. The customer service ladies were friendly.

Staff was friendly on check in Room smelled like wet dog. Bench in room was stained up. Bathroom was dirty. Coffee pot nasty. Towels were worn and torn. Not worth the money I paid. Hair on bathroom walls. Bathtub had ring in tub from not being cleaned. Blow dryer was nasty. Reported to front desk. Will not stay there again. Should have gotten refund but didn't.

Room had a strange smell, bathroom tub have rust around the bottom as well as rust at the bottom on the closet area. Found a bug by the bathroom sink as well as by the couch. Breakfast I give a 2/10, lady at the breakfast area had a nasty attitude. The juice machine was out of order. Eggs didn't look happy and the sausage looked cold.

This was a good location away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but quite close to get to. A nice grassy Park area behind the hotel which borders several other hotels around it. The front desk staff I met were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic customer service and really great room and a good complementary breakfast. Was actually surprised at how good the omelets were!

The staff was was very helpful. We called at 3:30 am and they got us a room and even went and put an extra roll away bed in there for us before we arrived. Highly recommend!
